Pastor Jim is a Pastor at Calvary Church in Kuala Lumpur, one of Malaysia's largest Pentecostal churches, where he serves as the Administrative Pastor, overseeing church operations. He also directs Calvary Communication, a ministry he founded in 1993, which supports local Christian media by providing audio, video, and multimedia services.

Pastor Jim deeply committed to youth leadership, particularly through the Royal Rangers program. As the Asia Pacific Regional Director from 2007 to 2016, he played a key role in establishing the program in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Nepal. He continues to be actively involved in youth development across the region.
