Pastor Joel is a man with a heart for God. He lives with his wife, Giselle, and their three daughters in Medellin, Colombia, where they pastor Iglesia Real. Additionally, the couple pastors Mission Peace in Cali, Colombia, where 25,000 people gather weekly.

As leaders of the Mission Peace Global Network of churches and founders of the Cloud Foundation, they provide digital tools to social leaders. Their efforts have resulted in the training of over 100,000 leaders across more than 40 countries.
