Dr. Lee is a distinguished theologian with degrees from Yonsei, Westminster, and Temple University, where he earned a PhD in Religion and Philosophy. He served as senior pastor at Washington, Tokyo, and LA Full Gospel Churches and held leadership roles as President of Tokyo Full Gospel Theology Seminary and Bethesda University.

In the early 1990s, Dr. Lee was instrumental in defending Dr. Cho's 'Threefold Blessing' and Holy Spirit Movement when they were criticized, using his theological expertise to vindicate these teachings. His efforts were pivotal in establishing the Full Gospel Church as a major denomination in Korean Christianity.
