Dr. William Marion Wilson is a key leader in the global Spirit-empowered movement. As the Global Chair of Empowered21 (E21), he has expanded the network into the largest of its kind, representing over 650 million Christians. E21 has grown rapidly under his leadership, establishing 14 regional cabinets and various working groups, including the Global Evangelist Alliance and Global Worship Alliance, chaired by Darlene Zschech.

Dr. Wilson is the President of the Pentecostal World Fellowship and also holds leadership roles in the National Association of Evangelicals, as well as several other prominent Christian and civic organizations.
