Pastor Randal L. Ross, a fourth generation preacher, has two driving passions. He desires to help men and women reach their full potential and to raise up leaders throughout the world. An internationally noted speaker on motivation and leadership, Pastor Ross is equally at ease speaking to secular and Christian audiences.

He is a keynote speaker and conference leader for several universities, Fortune 500 companies and leadership conferences. Pastor Ross serves on several boards including the National Coalition for Traditional Values and Dr. David Yonggi Cho's Church Growth International and he serves as a moderator for Rapha, a conference involving 25 of the largest pastorates in America.

Pastor Ross also hosts "Answers for Today's World," a daily radio ministry heard throughout West Texas and New Mexico. He also recently authored two practical books that speak to the needs of contemporary Christians: Seven Habits of Winning Relationships and Not Without My Children.

While pursuing graduate studies in Clinical Psychology at Ohio State University, he responded to God's call to ministry by attending Central Bible College. Pastor Ross pastored in Ohio New Jersey and North Carolina before coming to Trinity Church in Lubbock Texas, where he served as Senior Pastor to 8,000 members.

Pastor Ross and his wife, Andrea, met at Central Bible College and have been married for 20 years.
